WE SELL FINE JEWELRY THAT IS MADE OUT OF 100% PRECIOUS METAL. ALL OF OUR PRECIOUS METAL IS FRESHLY REFINED AND NEVER WORN. 

We will accept returns purchases from orijingold.com in their original,condition. Items MUST be returned undamaged. You have 7 DAYS from your date of delivery to qualify for a full refund. All customers are responsible for covering shipping costs back to our facility for returns and reshipping costs for exchanges.We do not refund shipping costs and we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items, please make sure you use a tracking service. Please return all items in their original packaging. Orijin reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. 

 

Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be returned back to you at your expense. Once we have received your return, please allow for 1-4 business days for your return to be processed and refund issued. You will receive email confirmation that your return has qualified for a refund and that a refund has been issued.

 

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM(S) ARE UNDAMAGED.Send an email to customercare@orijingold.com that includes your Name, Order Number, Item(s) and reason for return. We will email you a confirmation with our return shipping address and further instructions.Customs and Duties: No duties or custom fees will be charged to the customer on North American orders. Orijin is not responsible for customs or duty charges incurred on international orders. Unfortunately, these costs are out of our control. Please check with your applicable country’s rates. Please note, delays at customs may hold up your order’s transit time.
